Procedure for suit
. First take the old pair of BDU's and the 2 inch netting. Cut the netting to follow the outline of the BDU's and stretch it over the BDU's.
.Get the sewing kit and sew the netting on to the BDU's make sure that you use a strong needle and some strong thread. Follow the stitching on the BDU's.
.Get the Burlap and stretch it out on the ground, make sure that you do this outside because it really make a mess. Cut the burlap into perfect rectangles(do not cut it in to little bow shaped pieces, because when you fray it it will fall apart. When you have cut all the burlap in to pieces take them and tie them to the 2 inch netting. Make sure that you tie them at different lengths. Do this to the whole suit.
. Once the suit is covered in burlap start to fray it you can do this by taking all of the length wise threads that make up the burlap off. You should end up with long thread hanging from the suit. That is all that need to be done for the ghillie suit. Once that this is done you will need something to mask your face and your movement. The camouflaged head gear can be made in the some manner as the ghillie suit.
.Take the BDU cap and attach the 2 inch netting by sewing it on, leave a lot of netting hanging in the front this will mask some of your movement and also make the suit look a lot more natural.
.Get the scissors and cut the burlap in the same manner as above. Also attach the burlap to the netting. Once the burlap is attached make sure to fray it to give a more natural look.
Upon Completion of the Ghillie Suit
Once the Ghillie suit is constructed it is ready for use. Ghillie suits are only as effective as the user make them. Make sure to use a color of burlap that matches your terrain. And be very careful because the burlap on the suit is very flammable.
